Edible glitter for food. Additive mixture for limited use in foodstuffs.
INGREDIENTS: potassium aluminum silicate (E555) 50%, silicon dioxide (E551) 47%, iron trioxide (E172) 7%, solar yellow (E110) 1%. E110: may adversely affect the activity and attention of children.
STORAGE: store in a dry and dark place.
EXPIRY DATE: at least until the end of the date printed on the packaging.
USE: The maximum permitted amount (in Regulation 1333/2008/EC) for use in category 05.4 is 10mg/kg and category 14.2.4 is 10mg/kg.
