Edible glitter for food. Additive mixture for limited use in foodstuffs.
INGREDIENTS: potassium aluminum silicate (E555) 53%, silicon dioxide (E551) 45%, diesel trioxide (E172) 8%, allura red (E129) 1%, brilliant blue (E133) 0.5%. E129: may adversely affect the activity and attention of children.
STORAGE: store in a dry and dark place.
EXPIRY DATE: at least until the end of the date printed on the packaging.
USE: The maximum permitted amount (in Regulation 1333/2008/EC) for use in category 05.4 is 600mg/kg and category 14.2.4 is 400mg/kg.
